It is difficult to express how totally WONDERFUL the two women who run the Louisa Self Storage facility have been. They have provided great support while I completed a move from Madison County to Mineral, a move marking my 50th move over a lifetime. Some negative condition popped on a weekly basis making it the worst move. The women provided GREAT customer service, answered all my questions, and rented me a very clean, well maintained unit. No bugs or spider webs.
Kudos to the owners for staff selection and for the cleanliness of the entire facility.“
